Este ejercicio simula acciones cotidianas como levantarse del suelo o abrir empujando una puerta, por lo que, se puede clasificar como un patr\u00f3n de movimiento o movimiento funcional.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se realiza un push up ideal?<\/p>\n<p>Un push up bien realizado se ejecuta con los brazos cercanos al cuerpo y las manos a la altura de la axilas con los codos mirando hacia atr\u00e1s. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9?\u00a0 Porque esto coloca los hombros en una posici\u00f3n estable, neutra y de baja carga en las articulaciones y ligamentos reduciendo la posibilidad de lesiones. Luego, se levanta el cuerpo entero empuj\u00e1ndolo completamente hasta que los brazos est\u00e9n completamente estirados. En un movimiento controlado, vuelve a bajar el cuerpo hasta que el pecho toque de nuevo el suelo. A lo largo del movimiento, los hombros, las caderas y los talones deben formar una l\u00ednea recta.<\/p>\n<p>La evaluaci\u00f3n de este patr\u00f3n, nos entrega informaci\u00f3n del funcionamiento en este movimiento del hombro, codo y mu\u00f1eca, la fuerza de brazos y la estabilidad del tronco.
