Pero el cuerpo debe estar preparado y adaptado para recibir el tipo de cargas producidas al correr y as\u00ed no resentirse en el camino.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La preparaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica es la parte del entrenamiento que busca poner en el mejor estado posible al deportista, optimizando sus aptitudes naturales y desarrollando al m\u00e1ximo sus cualidades f\u00edsicas, por medio de ejercicios sistem\u00e1ticos, graduales y progresivos se trabajan cualidades como; movilidad y flexibilidad, estabilidad, fuerza, pliometr\u00eda, potencia, resistencia y coordinaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El entrenamiento permitir\u00e1 a los corredores estar m\u00e1s fuertes, disminuir el riesgo de lesionarse y tambi\u00e9n a correr m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido ya que, aumentar\u00e1 la coordinaci\u00f3n neuromuscular, la potencia y la econom\u00eda de la carrera que se traduce en cuanta energ\u00eda se gasta al correr, esto permite lograr movimientos m\u00e1s eficientes y retrasar la aparici\u00f3n de la fatiga al correr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Planificar la preparaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La planificaci\u00f3n de los entrenamientos es un punto importante a considerar \u00bfCu\u00e1ntos d\u00edas a la semana le dedicamos a la preparaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y cu\u00e1ntos a correr?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se recomienda realizar al menos 2 d\u00edas de preparaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, en donde se debe incluir ejercicios de extremidad inferior, extremidad superior y core. La musculatura del core otorga estabilidad y permite la generaci\u00f3n de fuerzas y movimiento en las extremidades inferiores, adem\u00e1s, distribuye fuerzas de impacto y logra controlar y dar eficiencia a los movimientos corporales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfCon qu\u00e9 \u00e9nfasis trabajamos cada parte de nuestro cuerpo? eso depender\u00e1 de las caracter\u00edsticas individuales de cada corredor, por lo que contar con la ayuda de un especialista que pueda guiar los entrenamientos es fundamental, ya que este debe ser supervisado y planificado,
